During the development of Certification scheme the elements of scheme and relevant functions were defined. Monitoring function of Certification scheme was assigned to the Manager of Certifications scheme.
Lithuanian Builders Associations was appointed as manager of Certification scheme as it was indicated in Annex I of the Grant Agreement. Monitoring function can be assigned to one of the association committees or to any new functional unit formed from the stakeholders of Certification scheme.
